Kicked out of live

I flew normally and received a massage that my account is already being used on a other device!? And then i received a second message with: Throttle will be cut!
Could please some one help me?

How is your internet connection? Have you tried resetting your router if on WiFi? In most cases this message will appear if you are experiencing connectivity issues.

“I’m receiving an error saying that my account is being used on another device?”.

This can happen if the connection between your device and our servers times out multiple times in a shorter time period.

Usually it means the connection between you and us are unstable. Most of the times it resolves itself. But if it becomes a more recurring issue, further troubleshooting might be required.

This can also happen if you put Infinite Flight in the background to do other things on your device, as the app is then completely paused by the operating which could lead to connectivity issues. It is strongly recommended not to put the app in the background when flying on any of our servers due to this reason.

If this happens, there is unfortunately no way to recover the current flight and the app needs to be restarted.


Certain recommendations to try with this problem:

  • Restart your device.
  • Log in and out of your Infinite Flight Pro account.
  • Reinstall Infinite Flight.

Thanks for letting us know. Try maybe logging into a different device.

And most importantly, keep trying. Maybe some time you will be able to fly properly again. Let us know if the issue solves.

I saw somewhere that you should change your password to your account. I dont know if that helps but I saw it from a staff member
