Kicked for not connecting to a frequency I could not access

Hi there, upon descending after a 9 hour flight from Brazil to MCO I was being repeatedly asked by ATC @Daksh_Jain to contact Miami Low Center, every 2 mins. However, while repeatedly monitoring my list of frequencies it was never an option to connect to. I was too far out of range and physically could not connect yet controller Daksh still saw fit to ruin my 9 hour flight and kick me with a level 2 violation for something out of my control entirely.

This is one of the most annoying thing about Center frequency.. You will need to access that frequency from the map or mini map with the ‘Airspace’ filter selected.
