Recently I believe I found a bug with the ILS for RWY 9R at Kempegowda International Airport (VOBL). I first discovered it when I was doing a DXB - BLR flight with an Emirates A380. When I clicked on VOBL’s menu to select 9R for NAV1, it simply wouldn’t do that. The ILS for all 3 remaining runways works fine, only 9R won’t even let me select it for NAV1.
I have recreated this multiple times and got the same result. I just cannot select 9R for NAV1. I know the runway is ILS equipped. And even in the sim the approach is highlighted in red rather than grey meaning it has ILS.
I’ve just double-checked this and it would appear that, indeed, the green “NAV 1” text under the runway ID doesn’t show up for this one runway end. However, the ILS should still be tuned to NAV 1 - you can check this by opening the NAV menu on the right hand side and looking at the NAV 1 tile in the top left of the NAV window. You can also tell 09R’s ILS has been tuned to NAV 1 by the APPR button not being grayed out anymore, and you should therefore be able to use the ILS normally still.
