Every time I do a flight after about a hour or two it goes offline and I do every thing to try and make it go back online.

Is it possible that your internet is having severe issues, or it’s not strong enough to handle IF? I have an iPhone 8 Plus and it works for all trips.
Try to restart your phone, and your wifi router.
