Hello I’m in an airbus a330-300 at EWR and the app keeps crashing before I even push back this is the third time I’ve spanned. Reset my iPad and cleared cache multiple times still won’t work any help would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately those happen once in a while.
When it does, a report is sent automatically and finding and fixing the causes is an ongoing process.
Could you share more information about when the app crashes exactly?
Can you reproduce an app crash, or does it seem random?
Did you return to the app after switching away from it for a while when it happened?
when i am in the beginning stages before i pushback. no i cannot control it
