I am ATC at KDCA and I wanted to thank @baseball_inferno for reminding me of the river visual approach.
First, if you see aircraft jumping from the GPS cone of 15 to 19, this may be why. If you look at the fixes the approach starts there and follows the river to rwy 19.
If it isn’t too busy and you reach out to ATC i am sure we can try to accommodate . It looks like a lot of fun.
