If you are looking for a hard envoriment to fly, then you should come to KDBQ (Chicago region).

We don’t really need to spawn at KDBQ just for low visibility, we can just go onto solo, spawn in at any airport and put the visibility down…
You could also argue that this was another way of saying that Chicago is open on the Expert server. Much as you guy post your “ATC Open TS1”-topics.
