This is an issue that is specifically for the Infinite Flight Airport Editing Team (IFAET)
I am currently controlling KBAB - Beale Afb, California, United States and there is an issue with the spawn points. The only places in this Airport in which players can spawn are on runways 15 and 33 which are labeled with “takeoff.”

It seems KBAB hasn’t been manually edited yet, meaning it might not be accurate to real life and not have spawns placed in the correct place. I can’t guaruntee when our team will fix this and edit the airport. Sorry for any inconvenience! :)
