Just A "NORMAL" flight

Yep, everything seems perfectly fine here. I won’t be landing anytime soon lol.

Edit: You may have heard the Max can travel in IF for 15 hrs, but what if I told you it could go way beyond that? I encourage everyone to experiment with this on the 737 MAX. Go to cruising altitude, extend to flaps 40 (should lower power and fuel flow if done right), and keep climbing as much as your throttle will allow without stalling and losing airspeed. Make sure your fuel flow is greater than 0 lbs/hr or your entire aircraft will shut off. Let me know what you think.

you making a U2 out of a 737max?

Is there something there that I did wrong? Please let me know.

there should be no hud or UI

Oh. That makes it difficult to covey the image. Should I change it to General then?

I guess? as long as it isn’t in Screenshots and Videos

Okay, I’ll change it. Thanks!

Nah, I’m just trying to set the record for the longest flight in the Max.

well that sure is interesting

My brain can’t even comprehend what my eyes are seeing here

Apparently, extending flaps during cruise improves fuel efficiency so much that you can do this broken nonsense right here. Found it extremely funny. Currently burning less fuel than a Cessna rn 💀.

Huh. I knew it could fly 15 hours but 26… this changes everything.

Nvm. It can get up to 100+ if you try harder enough

Scratch that. You can go over 1000 hours 💀

Dang. I didn’t even test that far 💀

Btw, if you hit 0 lbs/hr, the aircraft’s systems completely shut off. You need to fire up the APU again and restart engines if you want to regain control. I’ve experienced this twice on my journey 😬😬

I noticed that too. This was the absolute closest I could get it without the Max starving itself

If it didn’t do that, it would’ve been the peak of everything. Truly an “infinite” flight moment. But on a serious note, the devs gotta fix this. That performance is too crazy with the flaps. They’re supposed to increased drag and burn more fuel with higher n1 percentages. Still mind-boggling it could get this high. Imma keep abusing it.

If I didn’t have a life, I’d break the world record with longest flight without refueling. With a fuel burn of 7.5 gallons an hour, it could fly for 40 days straight. Realistically though the aircraft would get lighter so the fuel burn with decreased, which would consequently add more range. You could probably fly for a year straight if you tried 😆
