Is a joystick better or is a yoke better in infinite flight
And also is it worth it bying one because it looks like it takes a lot of room to connect and all that things?
I personally prefer a joystick, but it’s entirely personal preference. And it doesn’t take that much space either, you just need a laptop running LiveFlight Connect and the joystick/yoke. It’s up to you!
For entry level, I suggest checking out this joystick. Basically can’t go wrong with it.

Those the pc need to run all the time?
Personally I prefer steering my device instead of a joystick/yoke, I find it easier. I do not own any third party device, however I know that Infinte Flight May respond late to your joystick/yoke movements and some devices may not be a able to handle it. However, if you are keen to try one out, I would recommend a joystick as it comes with a throttle lever as well.

It depends - are you on Android or iOS? If you’re on Android you don’t even need a PC.

If I do a long flight can I turn the oc off and then turn it on?

I don’t think joysticks are commonly used for long hauls as the PC has to keep running for more than 12 hours straight.

In theory, you should be able to turn off your PC and when you’re landing connect the joystick again. I haven’t checked this, but it should work. Good luck with your purchase if you’re going to go ahead with a joystick/yoke.

I use a Yoke, it’s great fun and makes the game increasingly harder. The only time I don’t use it is when I am using an Aircraft with a Side-stick. I would highly recommend you getting one!
