That’s the practice test yes. You can do it as many times as you want. I suggest doing it multiple times until you are passing comfortably and consistently.

I have done enough practice and have applied but i have got no response yet
It can sometimes take a few days depending on recruiter availability in your time zone area. Also, lots of people also go on holiday around this time of year so there’s that to consider as well.
