I’m new here in the community and have never participated or joined an in-game flight event. I just promoted to grade 3, so now I should be able to join these.
Just a few questions (maybe a few stupid onces):
For example ‘14000Z’ stands for 14:00 pm zulu time? Or am I wrong?
to join the event, you just need to be present at the planned airport at the planned time? Or how does this work?

So basically you link your community account to you IF profile and just be present and follow instructions. Be at the planned airport at the planned time. Also welcome to the community!
You’re right! :) We always use Zulu (i.e GMT) time here because everyone is from a different part of the world.
You can convert zulu time to your local timezone via google.
Or if you know the time difference between your local timezone and GMT, and are good with basic arithmetics, you can mentally calculate them anytime.
