The key training focuses generally include the following areas:
1. Consistency:
• Maintain stable flight path widths (DW) and approach separation.
• Improve stability and consistency in different situations through practice.
2. Approach and Flow Management:
• Improve accuracy in approaches and flow management, including correct heading, descent rate, and altitude adjustments.
3. Airspace Management:
• Maintain correct separation between aircraft, avoiding confusion, especially at busy airports or with multiple runways.
• Ensure the ability to handle multiple flight plans, understanding airw.ays and route requirements.
• Handle various pilot requests, ensuring they comply with instructions safely and efficiently.

ILS

  • base turns should be more square. Reduces the need for extra vectors
  • good recovery when I reappeared after my internet died
  • I caught the LOC & G/S at the same time. When you have to give a reverse intercept make sure to give a lower altitude

VIS

  • wide DW width (8nm). Initial vector could be more slanted (like 200) in order to control DW width better
  • late base turn, big spacr ahead. And it could’ve been more squared again
  • cleared like an ILS at first, the corrected

Overall, excellent! Thanks @JinYi_Fan

1st approach[RV]

  • Initial vector should not be a 180 degree turn to control DW width.
    • heading 170 should’ve worked initially
    • then you could turn me downwind at your convenience
  • Altitude 5k was high
    • Because I was RV and there were no queue on final, I could be kept at 3k or around so you could easily turn me base to handoff
  • Late Base turn
    • The turn could be issued earlier. RV doesn’t need full-cone

feel free to put me in your ping list :)
