Jetbridge sync only working with a couple of aircraft

Not sure if this is the right topic (support)? But I had landed at RJTT and there was an a330 parked next to me, and their door (L1 and L2) was open but the jetbridge wasn’t connected to the airplane. I used freecam and I saw a 777 also parked, but the jetbridge was connected this time. Is it an issue with my device or with the app?

Device: Ipad 9th gen
Operating system: iOS 26

If that user isn’t currently on 26.2, then the jetbridge sync won’t work.

I’m on 26.2, but you mean the a330?
