Hi, for some reason I am unable to disconnect the jetbridges. The buttons are grayed out so it’s not possible for me to press them.
This issue came with 22.4 on ipad pro 2020. This was at LSGG if that helps.

Please make sure:
Engines are OFF
Beacon light is OFF
Parking Brake is ON
Never knew that lights affected these features. Thank you!
The beacon light is used to indicate the engines are starting up/running/shutting down.
Ground services can not approach the aircraft when the engines are in operation so when the beacon light is on, ground services can’t approach the aircraft.
