Bubbles, one of the older tails they kept on one plane when they switched to the updated livery 10 years ago, before the current one.
The “classic” tail is in post #83
Oh, and I replied to it sadly lol
Oh yeah, they do have two coming up. One regular A321neo (the one you mentioned) and the A321LR neo. Login required | Planespotters.net
Oh I thought they would. Since American painted their special liveries there + the ex-Alaska A321neos there.
I sent in that correction to PlaneSpotters last night, I think listing it as an A321LR has been a mistake and we shouldn’t see another A321LR until next year.
The current fleet plan doesn’t outline A321neo vs A321LR but from last year they had 2 A321LRs for this year, and they’ve recirced two so far.
Ah alright. Hopefully we get to see more mainline neos with the new livery in the future. Especially with the A220s.
This flew out of MCN today and has already been uploaded!

Nice! N519JB now with a fresh new coat of paint! Guess that makes 17 in the new livery now.
Now if only we can get a Boston / Florida / New York planespotter to spot and confirm if N3194J is in the new livery or not.
I also wished they would fly the A220s down in San Diego (where I live) but they are currently flying them to Los Angeles and towards Sacramento (I think).
@Delta174J summon
I’m by jfk he’s by LGA so
Thanks for the summon
Sadly I am out on Long Island 🙁
oh well rip
Woah…. (10)
I’m LA based, I don’t think LAX has ever seen an A220, it’s all A320s and Mint aircraft. Although BUR and SJC do have daily flights on an A220, I’ve traveled JFK-BUR and the A220 is very nice. Many times I’ve almost gone to drive past to see the plane (if it’s a new registration/paint).
N516JB also has a confirmed photo now!
More like minty Chiclets. Might be a bit before most on here’s time!😁
*Most likely, the new liveries on the rest of JB’s fleet in IF will be added in Q3 of 2027!*🥴
Sweet! Hopefully someone can get a pic of N768JB since I don’t think there is a picture of it in the new livery yet
