JetBlue Mint Pod
Los Angeles To Fort Lauderdale
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to today’s review of JetBlue Airways in Mint Business class from Los Angeles, down to Fort Lauderdale. As we make our way into the terminal, you could see that the terminal is just very basic, standard for Los Angeles though, the terminals are a little dark there but generally they’re OK and serves their purpose.
Mint class boards in group A, as we walk down the jet bridge onto the plane, I would like to introduce you to the cabin. The JetBlue Mint cabin is in a 2-2, 1-1 Configuration, with rows two and four being the ideal, because they are solo seats. These solo seats are able to be selected for the same price as the other seats that are doubles, so book early and you can get these!
Now, please enjoy this runway view as we takeoff from Los Angeles airport.
The amenity kit is well stocked on JetBlue, and you’ll find items that are useful throughout it.

Now, if you were a Delta fan I advise you to STOP READING NOW. Because I know how much you like your airline, and when anyone says anything good about jetBlue, you guys start to whine. Anyway, I always think that jetBlue along with Southwest has two of the best flight attendant crews in the entire world. I actually like how they’re not as professional as other crews, they make the environment seem more fun and try to make jokes whenever they can. The flight attendant on this flight really shown, she came around offering hot towels and she always had a smile on her face, something that you experience another Airlines, But this one was a real smile, not the fake one. Anyway, the menu on JetBlue is very interesting. You get to pick three of the five options on the menu, and they’ll serve it to you in smaller dishes. I actually really like how they do it, you got a blast of all different flavors and I really enjoyed my meal.
Now delta fans, before you start spamming me with hate comments, I want to let you know that if you vote in the pool below, delta one class will be an option to pick, So, go ahead.
OK, now that all my Delta fans are gone and voting below, let’s get on with the review!
The entertainment system on JetBlue is very good, not as good as on their newer A320s that I had reviewed a few days ago, but very decent. OK, now it’s time to weed out my United fans. Now that jetBlue is starting to creep in to Newark, United has been decreasing their prices by hundreds of dollars for their fares across the country, so, you can now travel both for very cheep. Wait for it… aannnndddd now, all my United fans are gone. You can vote for united premium plus down below for my next review! I also want to note, that all pictures taken are MINE, unless stated otherwise.
Now, I want to talk about the seat. It was very comfortable, it went to a flatbed, and the football was large enough. Not the largest footwell ever, but it sure works for anyone that’s at least under 6 feet. The seat was so spacious, and of course the coolest part, the door! In fact, jetBlue was the first airline in the entire world to introduce a door in business class. The seats were me back in 2014, and I’ve held up very well and stood the test of time.
So, what was my verdict on jetBlue Mint? I personally think, is the best way to cross the USA! Now this is definitely excluding American Transcon first class, which I’ll have to try some day, so can I really make I’ll review. So, can I call something the best way to cross the USA class without flying it? Well… Maybe. I’ve had plenty of experiences with American, and I have watched plenty of reviews of American first class to know what to expect when I get on board that route. I think, that JetBlue still is probably the best way to cross the USA. JetBlue Mint is just really is competitive. Thanks for reading this review, please vote below to tell me which airline you want to see me with you next!
