INTRODUCTION

Jet Airways Virtual proudly announces its official inaugural event on the Infinite Flight Community. Inspired by the high standards set by other Virtual Airlines in the community, we present our own celebration as Jet Airways returns to the virtual skies with renewed vision and refined operations.

This event marks the formal commencement of:
• Scheduled operations
• Community routes
• New pilot intakes
• Route showcase and livery presentation
• Full-service Indian legacy-style VA experience

All Infinite Flight pilots — VA members — are welcome to participate.

EVENT CONCEPT

The inaugural span is of 24 Hour ( Featured Route for this Event is VIDP - VABB & Vice Versa ) designed to present Jet Airways Virtual’s identity, routes, and operational culture. Expect group flights, formation opportunities, screenshots, a ceremonial first departure, and a social free-flight session. This event focuses on Domestic Routes of India our featured routes are mentioned below. This event marks the golden era for Virtual Indian Skies.

As India’s beloved full-service airline returns in virtual form, we mark this occasion with our official inaugural flight from Delhi (VIDP) Terminal 3 to Mumbai (VABB) Terminal 1 & 2. This moment represents the rebirth of a legacy carrier known for elegance, hospitality, and the timeless promise of The Joy of Flying.
Our inaugural event brings together Infinite Flight pilots, enthusiasts, and community members to celebrate the launch of Jet Airways Virtual’ s structured operations, routes, and fleet program. This flight is not just a start—it is a symbol of our commitment to recreating the refined Jet Airways experience in the virtual skies. With coordinated procedures, disciplined flying, and a premium full-service spirit, we invite the community to join us on this ceremonial first departure as we write the first page of Jet Airways Virtual’ s journey.

EVENT ROUTES

1) VICG → VABB (Chandigarh → Mumbai)

Details of Route

• Flight Time: 2 hr 10 min
• Cruise Altitude: FL340 (can step climb to FL360 if heavy)
• Route Style: North → West → West Coast descent
• Suggested FPL:
VICG – LKN – RIBAT – BBR– AGELA – GOLTO – NITPU – IGP – VABB
• Notes:
Terrain after departure is moderate; maintain initial climb carefully. Expect STAR via IGP transition for VABB.

2) VABB → VICG (Mumbai → Chandigarh)

Details of Route

• Flight Time: 2 hr 00 min
• Cruise Altitude: FL350
• Route Style: Coastal → Inland → North climb
• Suggested FPL:
VABB – IGP – NITPU – KABIV – APT – RIBAT – LKN – VICG
• Notes:
Descent into Chandigarh is slightly steep; begin TOD early.

3) VIDP → VICG (Delhi → Chandigarh)

• Cruise Altitude: FL240–260
• Route Style: Short-hop northern corridor

Short flight; step-climb not needed. Keep speed control tidy near hills.

4) VICG → VIDP (Chandigarh → Delhi)

Expect a straight-in approach depending on Delhi runway configs.

5) VIDP → VECC (Delhi → Kolkata)

7) VABB → VECC (Mumbai → Kolkata)

8) VECC → VABB (Kolkata → Mumbai)

This is the Inaugural route so carry more fuel due to traffic at Arrival.

• IGP transition is the cleanest for northbound traffic.
• Winds northbound usually mild; stable cruise.
• Delhi approach mostly vectors or RNAV; spacing important due to busy FIR.
