I just tried making a new account and the subbsription goes through but then it says it can not connect to iTunes. Can someone please help me out
Are you using the same ITunes account that you used for your old account?
Could you send us some screenshots of the problem as that will help us solve your issue
@BennyBoy_Alpha’s question is important.
If you use two accounts on IF, and purchase your previous and new subscriptions on the one iTunes account, you can expect issues. Apple does not like one iTunes account purchasing multiple app subscriptions.
If the above is the case, than a moderator should look into this.
