I still don’t get credit for the time in autopilot. I thought the whole point was to get credit for the time spent in background?

As to the problem, do you have any screenshots of this? This and the information above is crucial for us to help find a solution. There’s a reason it’s required 
Are you looking at the entries or the replays section in the logbook? Also, I used IFlyTics to search up your username and it is pulling up the same flights that you’re showing. If you never finished the flight then it will only credit you with the time flown. Also, your flight from KOAK to KOTH should only take about an hour, so that time is correct. For your flight from Canada to Iceland, what I can ascertain from your flight schedule is that you waited over a day to finish your flight, if not longer. In the past this has been known to cause some issues, especially if you wait till the last minute. I tend to try to finish my flights sooner
