Issue regarding subscription

I am having issues regarding subscription. Adding required screenshots for the understanding. I have bought pro subscription but it is not appearing in my account.

Looks like it was placed on a default account.
Took care of that now and transferred it to your main account, so it should be ok now! Just restart the app :)

I experienced this issue today and I’m using Samsung A31. I tried to restart the app, even I restarted my phone but it didn’t work. Turns out that the e-wallet I use to pay for subscription somehow didn’t work, although my balance was sufficient. So I did the following:

  1. I removed Infinite Flight from my subscription in the Play Store.
  2. I removed my e-wallet as the payment method, then added it back.
  3. I purchased Infinite Flight Pro again, and it works!

Perhaps you can try to do what I did. I don’t really know where your problem comes from, so this is the best answer I could give.
