Issue Opening Tower

Device Info : iPad Air 2, IOS 10.3
Modificantions : Previously installed screen recorder, but since issue, deleted
Issue : Upon attempting to open any tower / ground frequency on either TS1 or Expert (yes, I am an IFATC with proper access), I only have access to the different cameras, and not the interfaces. This is what I see:


Tried to Do : Restart iPad, restart app, delete screen modifiers, update software, reinstall ap, reset modem. None worked
Similar to: Issue connecting to expert server as ATC.

Two more things:
A) I can fly online, no issues there
B) I only opened TS1 to see if it was an expert server only issue, and I have no intention of opening in TS1 when the issues are fixed

  1. Clear memory. (Force closing all apps)
  2. Free up space on your device. (Apps you never use etc…)
  3. If none of the above helped, contact a staff member.

When did this occur? A while back there was a wifi issue. Maybe that caused it.

Started last night. Reinstalling the app managed to fix it once, but it reoccurred this morning.

Thanks for contacting support! This is a somewhat known, but frustrating issue. I’ll ask that the developers to restart the servers when the traffic is at a minimum to help resolve the issue. Occasionally this occurs, but a server reset has always resolved this.

We apologize for the inconvenience but will continue tracking this to find a permanent fix.
