Issue Logging Into Second Device

Hello. The first step I took was to hit the subscribe now, in green. The second thing was to click the, “I already have a subscription.” It says, “Restoring Purchases,” but then continues to show the message as shown in the picture. Thanks.

Hello!

The reason you are seeing this, is because your second device is unfortunately incompatible with the Global version of Infinite Flight, which are the only versions your PRO subscriptions are compatible with.

For the version you have on your second device, we used to have our older Live subscriptions. These were discontinued in October last year.

Please see below for iOS requirements regarding the Global version:

  • 64 bit device
  • iOS 10 operating system or later
