I’ve repeatedly attempted to use simbrief these last 2 days but every time I’m met with a warning that my navigraph login has expired and when I then follow the prompt to log in with my navigraph account again, I am met with a failure.

Looking at your account, it is already linked to a Navigraph account with the username “ethanolinga”.
Does it not look linked on the account page in the app?
Okay that’s makes a lot of sense, that’s my brother’s old navigraph account so I can fix that pretty easily.
