I heard it requires dekstop or laptop but is it possible on mobile?
If your talking about making a flight plan, you can do it manually. However most would use the Simbrief implementation to make their FPL.

I think most make it manually… either add and draw waypoints that will end up leaving the path you want or you manually change the autopilot heading.

I personally only use it to convert and add my waypoint names for sight seeing cues, or visual landmarks (like the temple at Paro or Axam church for LOWI approach), or flight checks (set Flap x, speed restriction, etc). When you tap anywhere on the map it will ask whether you want it saved as a waypoint, but I think there are other ways:
The home page at https://if-flightplan-tools.vercel.app have several options from this amazing developer, i.e. KML Converter which I believe is phone do-able :)
So never done picture making myself tho, nevertheless do some trial and error and have fun!
