Been a while since I’ve played and jumping back in. I remember there being an app where I can choose an airport and see which company parks at it or something like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated

There is not an app, but if you search the route you are recreating or search a route from the airline you are flying as on flightaware.com it will sometimes show the gate of departure.

You can just Google “[airline] [airport] terminal” and it usually comes up straight away
