Currently, there are a couple flying clubs that have private jets in their fleet, but I don’t believe there are any currently that are specifically tailored to private jets only. For future reference, please check out this section of the IFVARB website for all registered VA’s:

The Infinite Flight General Aviation club (IFGAC) has some private jets. (B737 and the A318)
