I mean, this game was developed by Americans, so the original language of the game is English, so can it restore the true meaning of English when translated into the languages of various countries?
i would assume so, given the translations were made by native speakers of their respective languages in the community

From my perspective, my 3 devices are set into 3 different languages (English, Chinese, Spanish), and I can say that these languages all have accurate meanings 
The development team really put in effort to adapt to different languages.
However, some late items may not have a translation, for example, the runway audio warning system and the strobe light warnings.
ATC instructions are always in English and are never translated in game. If users want to fly with ATC, getting familiar to English is necessary.

Native speaker translation may also cause some different understandings of the original meaning of English
The translation made by the community is accurate, but not necessarily same with English 
Some changes are made, just to fit into the features of different languages.

That’s right! The point of the Translation is to make you understand the meaning, not just translate everything without changing.
Just make sure you can understand what the original meaning is. It may differ from the written text but the meaning is correct for sure
