I don’t know if it’s a good time to buy a normal live subscription as I am worried about global coming out and I am stuck with the normal region and can’t buy global without spending any more money.

No. If its 1 month then yes and no because Global isn’t in beta testing yet soo do what you want but @Brandon_Sandstrom makes a good point.
