Is it possible to check for incoming turbulences during flight?

I am doing a multi-leg flight in March (LHR-JFK-LAX) but I am aware of ongoing storms at the moment, especially over the UK. I just wanted to know is it possible to check mid flight if there’s any turbilulence coming up, from the flight deck?

Here’s a map of the current turbulence over the UK. The wavy lines mean severe weather (not really applicable for IF)

and the hashed lines mean turbulence. Seems pretty good for you’re doing.
