We’re adding users as quickly as we can without our team being overworked. In the last week we’ve added 47 editors to the team, with an overall number of almost 700 editors. 23.2 also saw the count of released 3D airports reach 4 digits, currently with 1,026 being released as seen on the 23.2 Airports List. However, the number of airports being worked on internally reaches almost double this figure.
We do understand that it is a long wait for some people to join the Airport Editing Team, and I do sympathise with those having to wait. This is because the team needs to continously expand the number of reviewers to meet the needs and requirements of the new editors, and have a Reviewer to Editor ratio that everyone can handle, without being overworked. Finding and adding Reviewers to the team is a difficult process, as many factors need to be considered. Rest assured, we’re doing our best to efficiently get as many people in the team as possible, and that the editor will be worth the wait. :)
