Is having a joystick or yoke good? Review of Joystick and quick tutorial for you guys.

Hey if community

Ive been playing for if for a while now and let me just say I love the game. Global has just made it the much better, its a great flight sim, I just love it.

This is my first post and I wanted to give you a review that could change your expierence and flying on if. I use the logitech joystick, and its just great with the game. Its easier to control, the transition is easy between auto pilot to manuel and is generally much better than tilting your device. The joystick costs around 50 aussie dollars.

What I do is just plug into my computer, i downloaded live flight connect on the appstore [ its a mac] and connect the joystick to the app. You have to connect the app with infinite flight, making sure you enable live flight connect in the general settings of the game. It will then connect to the game. You then go into controls and set up the joysticks axis etc. The axis stage can be tricky but don’t worry, it will come together eventually!!!

Just wanted to post this to let anyone know the process etc and hope this helps u guys. Happy flying,

Worth noting: depending on what drivers are available on your exact device, you can connect your joystick directly to your device with a USB-otg adapter and map the axis and buttons in infinite flight itself. Have used my Logitech extreme 3d pro with a couple different android phablets myself.

I use the Logitech 3D Pro joystick and it is absolutely worth having once you have it I don’t think you can really go back. Good luck!

Thanks for ur comment, for me it is easier to just plug into my computer honestly. I also have a iPad so maybe the way you do it is just an android thing. Thanks for the feedback.
