I was wondering if EBCI is 3D to see if I should fly there or not

EBCI is not currently 3D in-app. It is the goal of Infinite Flight to have all the airports in-app 3D eventually.

It is being worked on, as seen in this topic.

You can also search for the airport in-app and see if it has the “3D” tag next to its ICAO code (unless you zoom in too much on the map).
