Regarding the screen sizing:
Try an app restart. We’ve seen this few times, and it’s not picking up the correct screen size for unknown reasons.
Regarding the sound, make sure that you don’t have the mute switch on the top left side of your device turned on. It’s 99,9% the root cause of all the “no sound” cases :)
Can you do the following so we can just check one thing:
Tap “Settings” → “About” in the app
In the top left corner, you’ll see device model + app version. Tap & hold there for few short seconds until you’re prompted to send diagnostics information. Please do so and let us know when you have.
