iPad Pro Turns Off when I use IF

Hello everyone,

So this has been happening for about 4 weeks now. When I play IF, my iPad just turns off. Here’s a more detailed explination: this has no schedule of any sort. On very rare cases, it doesn’t turn off at all. Basically, it turns off, shows a loading symbol on a black screen, then goes to its locked state. If I go and log back in, IF is still open but my flight is no longer there. I have never been able to complete an overnight flight because of this and often don’t even complete shorthauls. What do I do?

Hello!

This is caused by iOS, for some odd reason… it’s not Infinite Flight that is crashing.

What iOS version are you currently using?

I think I am using 11.3. I have an update ready for 11.4

Then update :)
Users that have reported similar things have had their issues resolved with 11.4.

If your device runs also iOS, try what Scyllberg mentioned above.

ok. I have completed a medium haul and it didn’t turn off! Four hours for BAVA (;. Thanks! I will pm you, @schyllberg if it happens again
