Accelerometer not working. Have tried “restoring defaults” in controls menu and deleting and re downloading app. Still not working. Can someone help please?

Reinstalling the app wasn’t needed. Sometimes, the accelerometer of the device gets stuck and all that’s needed is a simple reboot of the device.

Thanks for your reply. Just tried a reboot and still no accelerometer……
Are you running any Beta Profiles or anything of the sort by Apple Inc.?
Also, I would recommend filling out the format provided above for the #support category next time, since it will better help us understand your issue, give a diagnosis, and hopefully solve it.
Thanks again and I have sent a email to “support”. I am not running any beta programmes or adons. It was all working fine yesterday when I did a flight from Tokyo to Hong Kong. Temperamental technology.
