I was recently doing pattern work on the expert server when I got an alarm on my phone. I clicked OK on the alarm and IF froze, then after about a minute, restarted. It brought me back to the starting screen instead of my flight. :( I’d love to see this fixed.

This sounds like an issue with your phone, not with Infinite flight. This sometimes happens to me when I get a phone call and I click decline (yes, I’m too lazy to disable call forwarding to iPad). Sometimes it will just freeze and I just re-launch IF
It’s an issue with Infinite Flight. Why would it be the devices fault?
