Hi,
I uploaded a photo of this Dornier Do-27A1 registered D-EDAZ displayed at Trebbin Airport (EDAZ).
There was no photo on Jetphotos of this reg. on the database, so I uploaded it as “hot”.
It got rejected for being an invalid hot photo.
What have I done wrong here?
I did not set it to “vintage”, could this be the problem?
Does this mean they don’t allow exhibition aircraft as hot?

Try uploading again without being a hot photo and have it vintage.

JP is notorious for being extremely picky, so getting your pic excepted is like trying to get to the buffet faster then @AndrewWu. Someone has to do it but its very hard.

The bad thing is that you have to wait 20 days just to find out if your photo got accepted or rejected.

Haha, yeah. I jump around the room with joy when my pic gets accepted.

The goal of hot pictures if for things such as new aircraft and liveries that are in service to make it quickly onto JP (Like the new Korean air livery, for example)
In the case of museum aircraft, although it’s a new registration, it’s not an active one. So you need to mark it as an exhibit aircraft so that it doesn’t fast-track the queue
