Hello. I hope you’re fine! I’ll clarify some thing up.
You have, in fact, recieved a Level 3 violation. A level 3 violation will restrict your access to the Expert Server for 7 days since the day of issue.
In this case, you should not recieve five level 2/3 in the last 365 days. If that occurs, you will not be able to access to the Expert Server until the oldest violation expires.
Looking at your stats, It seems that you only recieved the L3 Violation so far. So after the seven days go, you will be able to go back to the expert server (In this case, on January 17th at 03:28Z.
If you have any more questions, please ask :)
Out of curiosity, what is your main language? Sorry to ask that.
In this case, you will have to wait until 7 days after you received your violation in order to regain level 3.
But before you re-enter the expert server, I would recommend doing some reading on how to follow ATC instruction. Here is a link to the flying guide:
Hit the menu button and then the ATC communications. This should help you avoid common mistakes made on the expert server.
You can also reach out to the ATC controller who gave you the violation. Often times they can explain to you what you should have done and how to avoid similar mistakes in the future!
Spanish is my language. But in order to understand ATC I must use another cell phone with a translator and photos to see what ATC says and use common sense. I even wrote this message through a translator.😅
Cualquier cosa, aquí estamos (and yes, you’ll have to speak english here in the forum).
