Hi,
does anyone know how I can see information about my own plane (as I can see about others at the map view, when clicking on a plane) such as number of landings or violations? I haven’t figured it out yet.

You can use the website provided by Infinite flight to find out your stats !
Link to website : https://account.infinite-flight.com/
Sign in with your account used when flying and you can view most of your stats :)

Doesn’t show me the number of violations but still thank you very much!
Also this post might help :
Simply go to LiveFlightapp.com and start flying. When you see your plane, click on it and it will show your violations along with other stats.
