Access for general users is a balancing act between the revenue generated from Pro subscribers and the costs of servers and Mapbox usage. Additionally, we are experiencing issues processing some payments, which has led us to suspend new Pro subscriptions while we update our payment system. As a result, access has been more disrupted.

thats a different app and not this one. you are using Infinite Info in the picture which is an IOS app only.
This happens to me too! I have no idea what it is, I already have Pro subscription.
If you have a Pro subscription, sign in to your Google account and you will have access.
Even doing this, it doesn’t work
I’m praising IV rather than criticizing it.

I understand your frustrastion, but this thread isn’t a place for criticism. InfiniteInfo is an iOS app and there is no use comparing it to InfiniteView, which mainly focuses on the web. Each has it’s benefits and they operate very differently. If you do have any bug reports or suggestions feel free to voice them in our Discord Server.
