I purchased a pro subscription and got a confirmation from Apple. When I try to use the App now, I initially get a confirmation that I have a subscription (maybe that’s an Apple message?) but then the App says “No Pro Subscription found” and “Cannot connect to iTunes” - when I am definitely connected! Tried deleting the app and reinstalling, now trying an IOS update, but any other suggestions please?

If you purchased a new subscription or renewed an existing one but cannot access your online account please try the following steps:
- Sign out of your Infinite Flight account (tap your name in top right corner, then “Logout”), if you are signed in.
- Restart your device
- Open Infinite Flight
- Tap “Fly Online!”
If you’re unable to access your subscription after completing the steps above please try the following:
- Uninstall Infinite Flight from your device
- Restart your device
- Install Infinite Flight from App Store again
- Tap “Fly online!”.
The app should then display the account that holds your subscription based on the information found on your Apple. "
