Hello, I’m currently about half way though a 1 month subscription, and now i have received an email from apple concerning that five bought another month with it saying “(auto renew)” with the purchase. Do any of you know what may be the problem with what is going on or a way to fix it. I have tried to find a way but nothing came up for me, as there was nothing on the game stating about auto renew and as ive currently got a subscription there was nothing to click on to show the 3 options of 1,6 months or year to purchase.
You can manage your subscription settings in the App Store. Just login to your account and manage your subscriptions there.
