Infinite flight takes too long loading

I opened the app to do a flight and it stood loading for over 3 minutes and said it couldn’t connect to the sever. Idk what’s happening or if it’s my internet or the app

error code 7 means that it’s probably your internet causing the problem. this may sound like a stupid question, but are you connected to the internet?
