Device : iPad Air 5
Operating system : 17.5.1 (21F90)
I was fooling around with the Smart Invert feature and I wanted to load in IF, it was stuck for unbearable amount of time. I tried turning off the Smart Invert off, no improvement. I rebooted my iPad, offloaded the app but to no avail. There was a typhoon which flooded my area but it didn’t affect the WiFi (still working well). Please help.
Hi @Gwengo ,
This post below can help you out.
Hello!
Sorry you are having issues connecting to our servers. Please understand that while devices may be the same, the network configuration may be different between users.
Please try the following to resolve your connectivity issue:
Reboot your device This should always be the first step to resolve any issue. Sometimes the server issue is temporary so waiting a short period of time and/or rebooting may help.

I just tried it and, although it looks very weird, the app is working flawlessly.
Can’t show any screenshots, because they don’t show the inverted image.
I can even switch without issues while IF is running.
So it does seem like a connection issue.
Things to try:
reboot the device
turn Wi-Fi off and on again
try another Wi-Fi network
try with your phone as a hotspot
try the app on your phone

Try the app on your phone to see if it’s a connection issue or a device issue.

This definitely seems like a connection issue.
Have you tried your phone on both Wi-Fi and cellular?

That makes it look like a (partial) connection issue or outage.
Could be the entire network, but also a more local issue.
Maybe still the result of the flooding?
Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
Luckily you can still use cellular. :)

Turns out you’re using PLDT.
Unfortunately there are known issues:
Hello!
Sorry to hear.
Unfortunately this is a service provider issue based on what I can see here.
It looks like you’re using PLDT, correct?
We are aware about issues between them and our data center and oh dear we have tried getting in touch with PLDT to get more information about why this is happening like this intermittently but have yet to receive any replies.
So if possible, it would definitely be prudent to try what Jan suggested above - a different connectivity source if possible.
