Infinite Flight stuck at loading page

Need help!!! It’s been 4 days now that the app just stays or stucks at Infinite Flight loading page. I’ve tried these steps to troubleshoot but still NO LUCK!

●Power Off/On mobile device
● Uninstall/Reinstall the app
● switched from wifi to Cellular (though I never had issues with wifi and cellular data before)
● Clear cache and.cookies

I’ve been using Samsung S21plus at its latest version. Also, tried installing the app to another android phone but still same issue/problem…
I"m from the Philippines

Is it a new IPad or IPhone or a old one becuase that’s maybe the problem
