Infinite flight shuts down in busy airports

Device: ipad 6 gen
Operating system: ios system version 15.6.1
I am playing the expert server at a grade 3 level. Every time I fly in / out of a busy airport, my infinite flight just hangs and closes itself. Its frustrating at times when you really want to fly together.

Try lowering the graphic settings to the settings recommended below to your specific device. Also welcome to the community :).

I recommend regularly clearing your scenery cache and deleting replay logs

Your device probably can’t support the graphics you’re wanting. Try lower graphic settings or reduce plane counts.

I think your iPad is too hot that it will shut down.
Try to add a cooler will be fine:)

Same here.
I had to buy an entire new iPad (iPad pro: to fix the issue.
Even when I used to turn graphics down it crashed. I couldn’t even make long flights anymore.

Anyways the issue doesn’t affect me anymore

I have my graphics on the way low and airplane count medium yet my flight still shut down during the flash flight at Vancouver after I had to do a go around

It’s because your device has low RAM and low capacity.
You need at least 2GB of RAM so IF can function properly.
My old iPad has only 500MB RAM so it crashed a lot.
Now my new iPad has over 8GB of RAM and it hasn’t crash a single time yet.

Also when on approach never turn to any camera view besides HUD

Nope. I used to play IF ain 2015 too, then took a long break before rejoining again 2 months ago, still continuing my old account, but IF a has improved a lot than before.

iOS will kills apps due to memory usage not temperature. IF just stresses iPads a lot so both the memory pressure and the temperatures rise.

If the device is too hot it will instead display a warning in notification center, or if its really bad, the whole display.
