Today I was flying when I pressed home and IF closed. Once I taped to resume my flight it shows “Please Restart Application” even after restarting IF it shows the same thing.
Considering that I have been 7 hrs in the flight , this is beyond fustrating
I just discovered I can’t resume my flight today the other complaints seem to be 2 days ago this is still happening after the hotfix because mine is occurring today.
When the new update with the Max Came I had a Flight from Dubai to London and when I downloaded the new update my flight was gone. Also the Resume take long to load
I’ve added a diagnostics mode to your accounts now.
Next time you start the app, you’ll find a “Send current log” button in the Settings view.
I want you to use this button the next time you experience this issue with resuming flights and only then. Don’t randomly press it for anything else right now ;)
The error you’re currently getting isn’t logged remotely, so we’re hoping we can get something out of this from the local logs which will be sent to us when you press that button.
Please add this to my account as well! I’m still facing this issue even after the hotfix. I’ve come to the partial conclusion that the root cause of the issue may be starting a flight on another server (ie Training or Casual) when I have a flight paused on Expert server with flight resume. If I don’t have another ongoing flight on another server, flight resume seems to work fine. I’ll do some more testing, though.
Yeah I mean I don’t think anyone knows what’s causing it at the moment, that’s why we’ve been given the report logging to help schyllberg figure it out which is out of any of our hands. I’ve tried everything to try fix it of which nothing worked meaning it has to be a bug to do with some sort of development issue from the most recent update as it only seems to be a problem to do with 24.4
