Rain is not implemented in game right now, however @Kostas_K implements rain into his famed Virtual Spotting topics.

Project Metal will definitely help with the addition of precipitation however at this time it is not in game.

Sadly as @AlaskaAirfireball111 said we dont have precipitation in Infinte Flight currently. If you would like to vote in a effort to possibly help it get added to the game do so here:

With Global coming out, maybe after global comes out we could have a new feature where there can be rain, tornadoes, hurricanes, lightning, snow, etc. It would make IF even more realistic and when Global is out, it would blow IF off the charts with incredible graphics and everything. I will happily be patient like I have for Global even though my device ain’t compatible, but I think this is something that IF users have always wanted.
