Can we get infinite flight pro externally from a website, cuz there’s an issue with my Apple Pay so i can’t get it from the app itself.

No, the only way is either through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, depending whether you’re on iOS or Android.
Maybe try a different payment method if that’s available to you. It may not be a bad idea to contact Apple Support if you’re having an issue with Apple Pay.
